As a member of the leadership team, Mike’s contributions helped boost the site’s daily transaction rate almost 9,000 percent over five years. While with CareerTrack, the foremost seminar company at the time, Mike worked as an associate audio producer. He recorded and edited high-profile programs for Tom Peters, Roger Mellott, Julie White and other business speakers. These audio programs grossed more than $12 million for the company annually.

Mike later served the award-winning environmental magazine, High Country News, as the Associate Publisher. In this role he managed the business operations of the organization including sales, marketing, IT, circulation, human resources and facilities. During his 5 years at HCN he initiated several infrastructural projects and helped the organization grow its circulation even while other magazines folded.

More recently, Mike worked in the Enterprise Architecture team at Caesars Entertainment, evaluating and consulting on new projects proposed by Caesars business leadership. He managed two applications at Caesars including ServiceNow and the Enterprise Architecture platform, LeanIX. Mike helped managed an application portfolio of well over 600 applications and led the application rationalization project to find efficiencies following Caesars’ merger with Eldorado Resorts.
